Can We Visit To View Items First?

Yes. We encourage you to book in for a free in person design consultation so we can discuss your vision and you can view items.

Delivery & Collection

Pick up and drop off from our location in Bradford on Avon. Please speak with us directly for a delivery and collection quote.

Hire Period

For Saturday events the hire period will be from Thursday until Monday. Other dates by arrangement - we aim to be as flexible as possible.

Damage Deposit

We require damage deposit payment which is to be paid 4 weeks before the event this will depend on the value of the items hired - 30% of the replacement value .
If items are damaged - The replacement value as identified on your quote will be deducted from the damage deposit. The items will be invoiced at the price stated at the time of booking. Any amount in excess of the damage deposit will be invoiced and is to be paid within 7 days.  
Cleaning of props and damage, repainting is charged at £40 an hour plus any materials cost to repair.
We will ask for contact details, venue address and phone numbers on booking .  
• Please pack all items in the containers provided in the same way as you received them. Packaging is to be returned and there is a charge fo any missing or damaged packing. Packing crates are £40 each to replace.
All items are to be returned in the same condition as when hired and are to be clean, stain and wax free when returned.
We accept no responsibility for injury caused as a result of hiring and using our decor and props to any person, place or thing during the hire period. All items hired are the responsibility of the hirer until they are returned. We recommend that you have insurance to cover this.

Wish To Book Our Services?

A minimum 50% booking fee is required for all orders. To confirm any order the booking fee is paid along with the agreement to our quote. The booking fee is non-refundable.
Full payment to be received 4 weeks before the event date. No exchange of items will take place without full receipt of the payment and the damage deposit.Payment is to be to be made by BACS.

Lost Or Damaged Items Prior To Your Hire

If an item you have booked is damaged or lost prior to your hire taking place you will be informed and we will make every effort to replace the item like for like. As many items are one offs this may not be possible or if this is unsatisfactory, you will be entitled to a refund for that item only. No further compensation will be due.
